Shara Bullet: My purse for the bout against Tsarukyan was the biggest of my career

Russian UFC fighter Sharabutdin Magomedov, better known by his nickname Shara Bullet, has shared details about the financial side of the Hype FC event held in Yerevan. According to the athlete, his grappling match against Arman Tsarukyan brought him the highest payout of his entire professional career.
In an interview with promoter Kamil Gadzhiev, Magomedov answered whether the fee for a six-minute bout could be considered unprecedented.
“For me, it’s definitely a record. I’ve never heard of such money being paid in grappling. The buzz and interest we managed to create around this fight is something completely new for this sport. Perhaps something similar only existed in the era when the legendary Aleksandr Karelin stepped onto the mat,” said the 31-year-old fighter.
The bout between Shara Bullet and Arman Tsarukyan took place on December 30, 2025, in Yerevan and ended in a draw after six minutes of grappling. The match generated widespread interest and became one of the most talk d-about combat sports events of the year.
