Conceição took charge of the Rossoneri at the start of 2025 and managed to win the Italian Super Cup with the team. However, the rest of the season turned out to be highly disappointing: Milan finished only eighth in Serie A, were eliminated from the Champions League in the Round of 32 by Feyenoord, and lost the Coppa Italia final to Bologna. As a result, the club will miss out on European competitions next season.
Renowned insider Fabrizio Romano has already reported who will replace Conceição. According to him, Milan’s new head coach will be Massimiliano Allegri. The Italian previously managed the Rossoneri from 2010 to 2014 and led them to a Serie A title in 2011.
