The 2025/26 Armenian Futsal Championship kicks off today

Today, October 26, marks the beginning of the new 2025/26 Armenian Futsal Championship season. Seven teams will take part in the tournament — one fewer than last year.

This season, “Arax-FAF,” “Tam Argo,” and “Ecovil” will not participate, as they have ended their campaigns. Taking their place are “Alashkert” and “Van,” who return to the elite of Armenian futsal.

Since the number of teams is now odd, each team will have one round off during the season.

Let us recall that the reigning champion is “Yerevan,” who defeated “Unisport” in the playoff final. Fans can look forward to the continuation of this fierce rivalry in the new season.
