Armenia U16 secures second dominant win at European Championship (Division C)

The Armenia U16 national team continues its confident performance at the FIBA European Championship Division C. In the second round, the young Armenian players crushed Malta 96–46.

The main stars of the game were Kevin Keshishyan and Edgar Agabekyan, who each scored 29 points.

• Keshishyan also recorded 7 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 1 block.

• Agabekyan added 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks.

This was Armenia’s second win in the tournament — in the opening round, they defeated Moldova 80–56.

The next game is scheduled for July 10 against the hosts, Albania. It will be the final group stage match before the playoff round begins.

Currently, Armenia leads Group A, while Luxembourg tops Group B.
