Armenia U16 wins bronze at FIBA European Championship (Division C)

The Armenia U16 men’s national basketball team claimed bronze medals at the 2025 FIBA European Championship in Division C. In the third-place match, the Armenian side delivered a dominant performance against Albania, winning 118–78.
The standout player was Edgar Aghabekyan, who put up an incredible stat line: 36 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals, and 4 blocks. Kevin Keshishyan provided solid support with 25 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 5 blocks.
At the end of the tournament, Edgar Aghabekyan was Armenia’s top scorer with an average of 24.6 points per game, followed by Kevin Keshishyan with 23.8 points.
