Roman Berezovsky played in Zenit's Legends Match celebrating the club's 100th anniversary

On May 25, a celebratory match took place in Saint Petersburg, marking the 100th anniversary of the football club Zenit. Two teams of legends faced off on the field: "Zenit Saint Petersburg" and "Zenit Leningrad." The Saint Petersburg team won the match 3–1.
Roman Berezovsky, former goalkeeper of the Armenian national team and current goalkeeper coach of the national squad, played in goal for the "Zenit Leningrad" team. Despite conceding three goals, Berezovsky made several spectacular saves and received strong support from the fans.
For Zenit fans, Roman Berezovsky is a significant figure. From 1994 to 2000, he played 137 matches for the blue-white-sky blues and won the Russian Cup.
Goals for "Zenit Saint Petersburg" were scored by Aleksandr Kerzhakov, Andrey Arshavin, and Aleksandr Anyukov. The only goal for "Zenit Leningrad" came from a penalty taken by Pavel Pogrebnyak.
