Ranking Wrestling Tournament in Hungary: Day Three Results

On July 19, the third day of the 2025 Imre Polyák and János Varga Ranking Series was held in Budapest. Medals were contested in the Greco-Roman weight classes of 72 kg, 87 kg, and 130 kg, and all women's wrestling podium places were also decided.

Winners in Greco-Roman wrestling came from Georgia, Denmark, and Russia. The tournament in Hungary was extremely competitive, rivaling the World Championships in terms of level — Olympic medalists, world champions, and other decorated athletes took to the mats. Tomorrow, on July 20, medals will be contested in the remaining seven Greco-Roman weight classes. For now, we recap the results of July 19 and the women's tournament.
