Pyunik thrashes Tre Fiori and advances to Conference League second round (VIDEO)

Yerevan’s Pyunik confidently secured a place in the second qualifying round of the 2025/26 UEFA Conference League by defeating San Marino’s Tre Fiori 5-0 at home. The Armenian club won the tie 5-1 on aggregate.
Pyunik scored three goals in the first half. The opener came in the 14th minute when Yusuf Otubanjo converted a penalty. In the 24th minute, Alemao doubled the lead after an assist from Javi Moreno. Then, in the 40th minute, Marius Noubissi made it 3-0 with another penalty.
In the second half, Tre Fiori had a chance to pull one back, but Henry Avagyan saved a penalty in the 55th minute. In the 85th minute, Otubanjo completed his brace after a fine assist from Matas Vareika, and just two minutes later, Tre Fiori scored an own goal.
In the second qualifying round, Pyunik will face Hungarian side Győr. The first leg will be played on July 24 in Yerevan, and the return leg on July 31 in Hungary.
