Pyunik Sign Mozambique International Winger Witi

Mozambique international winger Witiness Chimoio João Quembo, better known as Witi, has joined Pyunik.
The 29-year-old has moved to the Armenian club from Portuguese side Nacional, where he spent many years of his career. Witi made 108 appearances in the Portuguese Primeira Liga, scoring four goals and providing 11 assists.
At international level, Pyunik’s new signing has earned 45 caps for the Mozambique national team, registering four goals and six assists.
The winger is 177 centimetres tall, while his market value is estimated at €500,000.
Witi has already been included in Pyunik’s UEFA Conference League squad and will be eligible to feature against Hungarian side Debrecen in the second qualifying round.
