Pyunik and Dinamo Tbilisi Draw in First Friendly Match

On June 24, in Tbilisi, FC Pyunik from Yerevan played their first pre-season friendly match of the summer training camp. Their opponent was the local team Dinamo Tbilisi. The match ended in a 1–1 draw.
The only goal for Pyunik was scored by newcomer Sargis Metoyan, who found the net in his debut match.
Pyunik will play two more friendlies in Georgia — against Gareji on June 29 and Saburtalo on July 3. Dinamo Tbilisi, meanwhile, will continue their series of friendlies with games against two Armenian clubs — Urartu and Ararat-Armenia.
It is worth noting that Pyunik, under the guidance of Yeghishe Melikyan, continues preparations for the start of the 2025/26 UEFA Europa Conference League. Their first match is scheduled for July 10 against Tre Fiori from San Marino.
