Portuguese Miguel Velosa becomes an Urartu player

Portuguese winger Miguel Velosa will continue his career at Yerevan-based Urartu. This was reported by insider Suren Meliksetyan (MS_FootballPlus).
According to Transfermarkt, the 25-year-old footballer has signed a contract with the Armenian club until December 2027.
Velosa is a graduate of the Benfica and Sporting academies, but spent most of his professional career in the third divisions of Portugal and the Czech Republic. His last club was Caldas, which competes in Portugal’s third tier.
In the current season, Velosa has scored 3 goals in 14 matches, while last season he recorded 5 goals in 31 appearances.
Miguel Velosa will become Urartu’s first signing of the winter transfer window. Robert Arzumanyan’s team continues its title challenge in the Armenian Premier League, sitting in second place with 29 points, five points behind leaders Ararat-Armenia.
