Yerevan-based Noah-2 have undergone several personnel changes. Tiran Ghazaryan has stepped down as head coach of the reserve team, while former Armenia international Zaven Badoyan and Italian coach Carlo Mandola are joining the club.
Ghazaryan leaves following a disappointing start to the season. Under his leadership, Noah-2 played eight matches, recording just one win, three draws and four defeats.
As a result, the team collected only 6 points from a possible 24.
Zaven Badoyan and Carlo Mandola Join Noah-2
One of the new additions to Noah-2's coaching setup is former Armenia national team forward Zaven Badoyan.
After retiring as a player, Badoyan moved into coaching. His previous club was Sardarapat, where he worked as an assistant coach.
He will be joined by Italian specialist Carlo Mandola, whose most recent coaching role was with Rimini's U19 team.
However, the specific positions Badoyan and Mandola will hold within the new coaching staff have yet to be confirmed.
Noah-2 Sign Former Greece U21 International
Alongside changes to the coaching staff, Noah-2 are also strengthening their playing squad.
The club recently welcomed 22-year-old Greek winger Marios Sofianos.
Sofianos previously played in Greece for Panserraikos and Apollon Paralimni. He has also represented the Greece U21 national team.
These developments mark a period of rebuilding for Noah-2, with changes to both the coaching staff and playing squad following a disappointing start to the season.
