Winners Decided at the Yerevan Mayor’s Cup 2026 International Tournament

The final bouts of the Yerevan Mayor’s Cup 2026 international elite boxing tournament took place at the Dynamo Sports Complex on July 25.
The competition is included in the calendar of the European Boxing Confederation. Athletes from nine countries participated in the tournament: Armenia, Moldova, Poland, Iran, Israel, Cambodia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Cyprus.
Final Results
50 kg: Baregham Harutyunyan (Armenia) defeated Ruben Garboyan (Armenia).
55 kg: Vagharshak Keyan (Armenia) defeated Shahzod Muzafarov (Uzbekistan) 4–1.
60 kg: Artur Bazeyan (Armenia) secured a 4–1 victory over Rahal Abdallah (Israel).
65 kg: Rafael Nersesyan (Armenia) defeated Artur Mkrtchyan (Armenia) by unanimous decision, 5–0.
70 kg: Harutyun Hakobkokhyan (Armenia) defeated Arman Mashkaryan (Armenia) 4–1.
75 kg: Miroslav Kapuler (Israel) defeated Arshak Bablumyan (Armenia) 5–0.
80 kg: Artush Hovhannisyan (Armenia) defeated Alik Hovhannisyan (Armenia) 5–0.
85 kg: Rafael Hovhannisyan (Armenia) defeated Mateusz Matek (Poland) 5–0.
90 kg: Turabek Khabibuaev (Uzbekistan) defeated David Simonyan (Armenia) by technical knockout in the first round.
Over 90 kg: Amirreza Malekhatabi (Iran) defeated Ishkhan Hovsepyan (Armenia) by technical knockout in the first round.
