Official: David Davidyan leaves Pyunik

Midfielder David Davidyan is ending his spell with Yerevan-based club Pyunik, the club's press service reports.

Davidyan joined Pyunik in the summer of 2022 and made his debut in the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round against Romanian side CFR Cluj. He spent three full seasons with the capital club and became Armenian champion in the 2023/24 campaign.

While playing for Pyunik, the 27-year-old Davidyan was also called up to the Armenian national team, for which he made three appearances.

The club thanked the player for his contribution and wished him success in his future career.
