OFFICIAL: Alioune Ndour joins Ararat-Armenia

FC Ararat-Armenia have officially announced the signing of Senegalese forward Alioune Ndour. The 28-year-old striker has joined the Yerevan-based club from Belgian side Zulte Waregem and has signed a contract running until 2028.
Ndour spent last season on loan at Norwegian top-flight club Kristiansund. During the campaign, the Senegalese forward made 37 appearances and scored 7 goals.
Previously, Ndour played in the Belgian league, where he registered 6 goals and 4 assists in 24 matches. The most successful season of his career came in 2022 in Norway, when he recorded 14 goal contributions (9 goals and 5 assists) in 18 Eliteserien matches.
According to Transfermarkt, the player’s market value is estimated at €400,000.
Alioune Ndour has become Ararat-Armenia’s second signing of the winter transfer window, following the arrival of Moroccan defender Bouchaib Arrassi.
Currently, the leaders of the Armenian championship are holding a training camp in Cyprus.
