Armenia U20 lose to Austria in overtime at FIBA U20 European Championship (Division B)

The Armenia U20 national basketball team concluded its campaign at the home U20 European Championship (Division B) in Yerevan. In their final match, Armenia played Austria for 15th place.
It was a tense and competitive game that went into overtime. The score was tied 72:72 after regulation, but Austria edged out Armenia in the extra five minutes with an 82:80 win.
Yura Melikyan led Armenia with 21 points and 13 rebounds. Daniel Kirakosyan also scored 21 points.
Armenia finished 16th in the tournament, with one win — against Estonia.
