Mikayel Mikayelyan delivers solid performance at the 2026 Olympics, Klaebo becomes eight-time champion

Armenian cross-country skier Mikayel Mikayelyan competed in the 10 km freestyle individual start race at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Milan–Cortina.
Mikayelyan finished with a time of 23:06.4, outperforming 60 competitors and placing 53rd overall. A total of 113 athletes took part in the race. For the Armenian representative, this was a respectable performance at the main event of the four-year cycle.

Einar Hedegart (Norway) — 20:50.2
Klaebo claimed his third gold medal at the 2026 Olympics and became an eight-time Olympic champion. The Norwegian star aims to win all six gold medals in cross-country skiing at these Games and has already completed half of that goal.
