UFC lightweight fighter Arman Tsarukyan’s manager, Daniel Rubenstein, has denied recent rumors about a potential fight between his client and former title contender Michael Chandler.
Earlier, journalist Manouk Akopyan reported that negotiations were underway for a fight between Tsarukyan and Chandler on April 12 at UFC 314. However, Rubenstein categorically denied this information, stating that no real negotiations had taken place.
“No one told you that. No one in any camp has held real negotiations about this fight. The only factual thing here is that Arman has resumed training. Everything you so-called ‘journalists’ do is jeopardize fight arrangements by publishing complete nonsense that is entirely false,” Rubenstein stated harshly.
Thus, the information about a possible fight remains unconfirmed. However, the manager’s statement does not rule out the possibility that this bout could happen in the future. For now, we must wait for official announcements from the UFC and the fighters themselves.
