Mamikon Khachatryan and Hamlet Manukyan Reach Final in Moscow Tournament

The international artistic gymnastics tournament “Cup of the Strongest Athletes” continues in Moscow. Armenian gymnasts — European vice-champion Mamikon Khachatryan and European champion Hamlet Manukyan — confidently passed qualification and advanced to the final in the pommel horse event.
Both athletes competed only in this apparatus but took the top two places, surpassing rivals from Kazakhstan and other countries.

Meanwhile, on July 3, the all-around finals were held. In the men’s category, the gold and silver went to the host nation — Russian gymnasts. Daniil Novikov claimed victory, with Alexander Kartsev taking second place. Turkey’s Volkan Arda Hamarat completed the podium.
