The preliminary round matches of the 2026/27 UEFA Futsal Champions League will be played from August 25 to 30. The games will be organized as one-venue mini-tournaments.
The lowest-ranked teams will begin their campaign in the preliminary round. The participants will be divided into groups of four teams, with each group playing its matches in a pre-selected host city. Yerevan will be one of those host cities.
The group winners will qualify for the main round, while, depending on the final number of participants, the best runners-up may also advance.

Unisport to represent Armenia in the Futsal Champions League
Armenia will be represented in the 2026/27 UEFA Futsal Champions League by Unisport.
The Yerevan club earned the right to compete in the tournament after a brilliant domestic season. Last season, Unisport remained unbeaten both in the Armenian Premier Futsal League and in the Armenian Cup, confirming its status as the strongest futsal team in the country.
For Unisport, the preliminary round will be the first serious test of its European campaign. At the same time, the Armenian champion will start the tournament at home, which could be an important advantage in the fight to reach the next stage. Last season, Armenia was represented by Yerevan, but the club failed to get through qualifying.
