Legendary basketball player LeBron James expressed his admiration for Nick and Dylan Khachikian, who set records in a single game of the California high school basketball league.

"I want to see the game footage!" James wrote on social media, adding fire and applause emojis to his post.

The historic game took place on Thursday evening near Los Angeles. Mesrobian High School's team defeated Waverly of Pasadena with a score of 119:25. However, the main attention was drawn to the individual records set by the brothers.

The elder, Nick Khachikian, scored 102 of the team's 119 points in just 22 minutes, setting a California state record. His younger brother, Dylan, contributed 35 assists, setting a new state record and tying the national record.

This triumph, marked by historic records, garnered significant attention within the basketball community. James, known for his support of youth and high school sports, emphasized the importance of such achievements for the future of basketball.

LeBron's words became an additional recognition not only for the brothers themselves but also for Mesrobian School, once again solidifying its place in the history of high school basketball.
