Cristian Chivu responded to a question about Mkhitaryan's role in the new season

New Inter Milan head coach Cristian Chivu held a press conference in Los Angeles ahead of the team’s debut at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. One of the key topics was the future of Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan amid increased squad competition.

He proved that with his commitment and incredible desire to play, especially last season. His professionalism is beyond any doubt. He is a very important player for Inter.
