Cristiano Ronaldo met a seriously ill child in Yerevan

Ahead of the Armenia vs. Portugal match taking place today, September 6, in Yerevan, a special moment occurred. The captain of the Portuguese national team, Cristiano Ronaldo, met Areg, a child battling cancer.

The meeting was shared by Armen Martirosyan, director of the Children’s Health Foundation of Armenia, who published a video. Before leaving the hotel for the match, Ronaldo stopped to talk with Areg and signed his Portugal jersey with number 7.

This meeting became a true symbol of support and hope for the boy and his family.
