Karen Khachanov Reaches Halle Tournament Semifinal

Karen Khachanov (ATP 22) confidently advanced to the semifinals of the ATP 500 grass-court tournament in Halle, Germany. In the quarterfinals, he defeated Argentina’s Tomás Etcheverry 6–3, 6–2.

Khachanov delivered an impressive performance: he committed no double faults, won 92% of points on his first serve, and converted 3 of 7 break points. In total, Karen won 57 points to Etcheverry’s 36.

In the semifinals, Khachanov will face Alexander Bublik (ATP 45), who caused an upset by eliminating world No.1 Jannik Sinner.
