Despite major changes at Rostov this summer, one of the club’s most loyal players, Khoren Bayramyan, will continue playing for the Yellow-Blues. According to RB Sport, the 31-year-old midfielder has agreed to a new deal with the club. The contract follows a "1+1" model, meaning one guaranteed year with the option to extend for another season.
Bayramyan is a homegrown player, having developed within Rostov’s system. Since 2011, he has been representing the team professionally and currently ranks third in club history for most appearances in the Russian Premier League — 208 games. In the last RPL season, Khoren played in 25 matches.
He remains a regular call-up to the Armenian national team, for which he has earned 22 caps.
This summer, FC Rostov is undergoing a significant rebuild, with several key players leaving and leadership changes taking place. In this context, Bayramyan’s decision to stay reflects stability and loyalty to his home club, as he heads into his 11th full season with Rostov.
