Grant-Leon Ranos played his first match for the senior team in two months.

Armenia national team forward Grant-Leon Ranos returned to Borussia Mönchengladbach’s senior squad, appearing in the German Cup Round of 16 match against St. Pauli. The game ended in a 1–2 defeat for Mönchengladbach, resulting in the team’s elimination from the tournament.

The 22-year-old striker came on in the 86th minute, marking his first appearance for the senior team since October 5 and his seventh of the season.

Before returning to the first team, Ranos had been playing for the club’s reserve side, where he posted impressive numbers: 2 goals and 4 assists in 4 matches.
