33-year-old Geram Eloyan (13-5), a native of Armenian Armavir now residing in Belgium, captured the EBU Silver championship belt in the super bantamweight division. On May 23 in San Sebastián, Spain, he defeated previously undefeated 26-year-old Spaniard Jordan Camacho (11-1) by split decision.
The bout went the full 12 rounds and ended with scores of 117-110, 114-113, 113-114 in favor of Eloyan. Camacho had won this title in October 2024 by defeating Italian Vincenzo La Femina — a boxer who had previously beaten Eloyan.
It’s worth noting that Eloyan had previously held an EBU belt.
