Armenia youth national team footballer Erik Davidyan has officially become a player of the Cypriot First Division club “Krasava.” The 18-year-old forward transferred from the Finnish side “Honka,” where he went all the way from the academy to the senior squad. Davidyan signed a three-year contract with his new team.
Erik was born in Finland and from an early age trained in Honka’s youth system. At just 16, he made his senior debut, playing 15 matches and scoring three goals.
During his youth career, Davidyan won the Finnish U-19 championship and also made his debut in the UEFA Youth League, where he scored a goal and provided an assist in matches against the Maltese side “Valletta.”
Since 2023, he has been called up to Armenia’s U16 national team. He is versatile on the field, capable of playing both on the wings in attack and as a full-back.
Davidyan’s move to “Krasava” opens a new chapter in his career and represents an important step in his development. Earlier we reported that Erik had a trial at “Krasava” and was highly praised by the club’s owner, Yevgeny Savin.
In the current Cypriot championship season, “Krasava” is in 8th place after 2 rounds.
