Edgar Sargsyan Delivers Phenomenal Knockout to Reach RCC Grand Prix Semifinals

26-year-old Armenian MMA fighter Edgar Sargsyan (9–3) claimed a spectacular victory over Roman Podrugin (14–4) in the quarterfinals of the RCC Grand Prix in the featherweight division. The fight took place on June 28 in Yekaterinburg at the RCC Intro 36 event.

Sargsyan impressed the audience with a powerful performance: in the very first round, he knocked out Podrugin with a stunning spinning backfist, ending the bout early. This victory not only solidified the Armenian fighter's standing but also brought him one step closer to a title shot in the promotion.
