U23 World Championships in Greco-Roman Wrestling: Results of the Second Day and the First Champions

On October 21, the Serbian city of Novi Sad hosted the second day of the 2025 U23 World Championships in Greco-Roman wrestling. On this day, the champions and medalists were determined in the 63 kg, 77 kg, 87 kg, and 130 kg weight categories. Wrestlers in the 55 kg, 67 kg, 72 kg, and 97 kg divisions also began their competitions, with the finalists for tomorrow’s bouts now decided.
In the Armenian national team, Razmik Kurdian (130 kg) reached the final and won the silver medal. Among those who began competition today, Gaspar Terteryan (72 kg) and Arshak Geghamyan (97 kg) remain in contention for bronze medals.
The world titles went to wrestlers from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and two from Iran.
