Barseghyan provides assist in Champions League clash against PSG

Slovan Bratislava suffered a heavy defeat against French giants PSG in the opening round of the UEFA Champions League league phase. The match ended in a 6-1 victory for the Parisian side.
Slovan midfielder and former Armenia national team captain Tigran Barseghyan started the match and played 60 minutes. The Armenian footballer registered an assist.
In the 58th minute, Barseghyan set up Souleymane Camara, who scored the Slovak side’s only goal of the match to make it 1-5.
In addition to his assist, Barseghyan registered one shot, made one key attacking pass and created one goalscoring opportunity. Statistical platform SofaScore gave him a rating of 6.4 for his performance.
Ferran Torres was the standout performer for PSG, scoring a hat-trick. Ousmane Dembele added two goals, while Fabian Ruiz also found the net.
Slovan therefore began their Champions League campaign with a heavy defeat, while Barseghyan was directly involved in his team’s only goal of the match.
