On February 17, Ukraine's U-17 youth national team played a friendly match against their Greek counterparts, securing a 4-2 victory.
One of the goals was scored by Artem Muradyan, a midfielder from Borussia Mönchengladbach, who netted Ukraine’s second goal.

Interestingly, Muradyan was initially supposed to play for Armenia's U-17 national team and even received an invitation. However, due to passport issues, he was unable to join the squad and, for now, continues to play for Ukraine. At the moment, changing his Ukrainian citizenship is not possible.
"The FFA contacted me. I was supposed to play for Armenia a long time ago, but there were passport issues, so nothing worked out," the young winger previously told us.
In the current German U-17 championship season, Artem Muradyan has played 17 matches and scored 1 goal.
