Armenian MMA Fighter Martun Mezhlumyan to Fight for Title at UAE Warriors

Armenian mixed martial artist Martun Mezhlumyan (15–3) will get a chance to capture the UAE Warriors lightweight title. His opponent on October 22 at UAE Warriors 64 in Abu Dhabi will be the reigning champion, Amru Magomedov (8–0).
For the 32-year-old Mezhlumyan, this will be his fourth consecutive fight following a streak of three victories. His latest win came on June 13, when he submitted Brazilian fighter Italo Gomes.
Amru Magomedov has competed in UAE Warriors since 2021, winning all five of his fights in the promotion. In October 2023, he claimed the championship belt by defeating Jahongir Juraev and has since defended it twice—against Ali Kabdulla and Alex da Silva.
