Arman Tsarukyan commented after his victory over Hooker and took a jab at Topuria

Arman Tsarukyan (23–3) scored an impressive win at UFC Qatar, finishing Dan Hooker (24–13) with a choke in the second round. After the fight, the Armenian lightweight thanked his opponent for accepting the bout and at the same time took a swipe at the current divisional champion, Ilia Topuria.

“Respect to Hooker for taking the fight. He’s got bigger balls than the champion of the division,” Tsarukyan said, hinting at Topuria’s earlier refusal to face him.

It is expected that Arman’s next fight will be against UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria, a matchup that could become one of the most anticipated in the division.
