Arman Tsarukyan and Lance Palmer face off ahead of RAF showdown (VIDEO)

Armenian fighter Arman Tsarukyan and former PFL champion Lance Palmer came face to face ahead of the RAF 5 tournament, which will take place on January 10 in Sunrise, Florida, USA.

The matches at the event will be held under freestyle wrestling rules, and the fight card is rightfully considered one of the most star-studded in the organization’s history. In addition to Tsarukyan, the event will feature other stars from the UFC and Olympic wrestling. For Tsarukyan, competing at RAF 5 is another opportunity to showcase his elite wrestling skills on the international stage.

Arman’s opponent will be 38-year-old Lance Palmer, a former PFL champion with an impressive MMA record of 23 wins and 8 losses. Despite his MMA background, the American has repeatedly proven his competitiveness in wrestling, having competed in NCAA tournaments.

One day before the event, the athletes took part in an official press conference, where they engaged in a traditional staredown.
