Armenia’s vice-champion Ararat-Armenia continues reshaping its squad during the off-season. The club has officially announced the departure of four players — forwards Marius Noubissi and Eric Okansi, as well as defenders Alexander Pavlovets and Romércio.
Previously, the team had also parted ways with Tenton Yenne and goalkeeper Danilo Kucher. In addition, midfielder Oganes Harutyunyan’s loan spell has come to an end.
Particular attention is drawn to the breakup of the attacking trio Noubissi – Okansi – Yenne, which was one of the most dangerous units in the Armenian Premier League. Now, Ararat-Armenia will have to build a new offensive line ahead of the European competitions.
It’s worth noting that the club has changed its head coach: Portuguese specialist Tulipa has taken over from Vardan Minasyan. Under his guidance, the team will soon begin preparations for the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
