“Alashkert” claims fourth consecutive victory and tops the Armenian championship

In the 6th round of the Armenian Premier League, Yerevan’s “Alashkert”, led by Vahe Gevorgyan, defeated BKMA 3-1.

20-year-old Brazilian midfielder Caio Henrique opened the scoring with his first goal in the Armenian league. Momo Touré and Karen Nalbandyan, who converted a penalty, also scored for Alashkert. BKMA’s only goal came from the penalty spot, scored by Narek Hovhannisyan.

This victory became Alashkert’s fourth in a row. After five matches played, the team leads the championship with 12 points.
