Six Armenian Wrestlers Become Medalists at the Russian U20 Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship

On February 28, the Russian U20 Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship concluded in Tarko-Sale. The tournament served as a qualification stage for selection to the Russian national team to compete at the U20 European Championship.
Following the competition, six wrestlers of Armenian origin reached the podium. Two of them won gold medals, while four others became medalists of the tournament.

Manvel Harutyunyan (87 kg, Krasnodar Krai)
Artur Manukyan (55 kg, Penza Region)
Silver Medalists:
Ashot Agamiryan (97 kg, Moscow Region)
Zhora Oganesyan (130 kg, Republic of Bashkortostan)
Bronze Medalists:
Papik Dzhavadyan (60 kg, Krasnodar Krai)
Vladimir Mukhsiyan (130 kg, Novosibirsk Region)
