32-year-old forward Sargis Adamyan once again made his mark for Köln’s youth team, scoring his sixth goal of the Regionalliga West season. In the match against Borussia Dortmund II, the Armenian striker equalized the score in the 31st minute, making it 2–2.
However, Adamyan’s efforts were not enough — Köln II lost 3–5 and currently sits in 8th place in the standings.
Despite being moved to the reserve team before the start of the season and playing in Germany’s fourth division, Adamyan is showing impressive form. He now has 6 goals and 5 assists in 10 matches. The experienced striker not only regularly earns points for his team but also helps younger teammates, serving as an important leader on the pitch.
