Pyunik Draws with Latvian Champions During UAE Training Camp

Yerevan’s Pyunik continues preparations for the second part of the season at a training camp in the UAE. In another friendly match, the Armenian club faced Latvian champions Riga.

The match ended in a 1–1 draw. Pyunik’s only goal was scored by the team’s new signing, Guinean forward Momo Yansané. The striker joined the Yerevan side on the eve of the game and managed to score in his debut appearance.

Today, Pyunik will play another friendly match, this time against Al-Ittifaq from the UAE First Division League.

Earlier during the UAE camp, the Armenian club lost to Russian side Ural.
