Nair Tiknizyan took part in the victory over Čukarički

In the rescheduled Matchday 6 fixture of the Serbian SuperLiga held on December 4, Red Star Belgrade confidently defeated Čukarički 3–0. Armenia national team defender Nair Tiknizyan played the full match, operating on the left side of the defense.

Tiknizyan looked solid, performed confidently at the back, and contributed to the team’s overall success. Milko Veljković, Aleksandar Katai, and Bruno Duarte scored the goals for the winners.

Katai’s goal turned out to be particularly curious: the opposing goalkeeper failed to stop a slowly rolling ball, completely missing it, while Red Star’s captain was nearby and calmly sent it into the empty net.

After this victory, Red Star moved to the top of the table, overtaking Partizan by one point. Both teams now have an equal number of matches played — 17.
