A new story has unfolded around UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria — this time not only sporting, but personal as well.
According to reports, Topuria has put his luxurious Madrid home up for sale with a price tag of $3.5 million. Open sources say the fighter lived there with his ex-wife. The mansion is located in one of the most prestigious districts of the Spanish capital. The property includes a private gym where Topuria trained, a spa area, 24/7 security, and a garage for six cars.

Amid this news, top UFC contender Arman Tsarukyan made an unexpected move. The Armenian fighter publicly addressed the champion on social media with an ironic yet clear предложение:
“I’ll buy your house if you agree to fight me next.”
With this, Tsarukyan once again reminded everyone of his desire to fight for the title. For a long time, he held the No. 1 spot in the lightweight rankings and is considered one of the main contenders for the belt.
It is worth noting that Topuria became the lightweight champion after Islam Makhachev moved up to welterweight. Ilia himself moved up from featherweight and captured the title by defeating Charles Oliveira. However, the question of his first title defense remains open, and a fight with Tsarukyan has still not been officially announced.
Now the contender has decided to attract the champion’s attention not only with sporting arguments, but also with a loud financial “challenge.”
