Noah’s head coach comments on the Conference League draw

The head coach of Yerevan’s Noah, Sandro Perkovic, shared his thoughts on the results of the 2025/26 UEFA Conference League group stage draw.

“In my opinion, we got tough opponents: Legia, Dynamo Kyiv, Rijeka — the champion of Croatia, Sigma — the Czech Cup winner, Aberdeen, and U. Craiova. All the teams are strong, but as they say: if you play well, the draw looks good, but if you play badly, the opponents seem difficult. We must prepare as much as possible for the next three months,” said Perkovic.

The coach noted that reaching the main stage of the tournament is a serious achievement for the club, but even more difficult challenges await Noah.

“We all know how hard it is to get into the main stage, and it’s even harder to perform well there. Of course, we will fight for a place in the Conference League playoffs. I would like to point out that we are going to face very big clubs, this is a high level of European football, and we must show our maximum,” stressed the coach.
