FC Noah invests 1 billion drams in the development of Vagharshapat

Football Club Noah continues to implement its large-scale investment project aimed at developing the sports infrastructure of Vagharshapat. As part of a program approved by the Government of Armenia, the club has purchased 23.8 hectares of land for the construction of a new stadium and football academy.

According to the purchase agreement, Noah paid 688 million drams for the land owned by the Vagharshapat community. In addition, the club donated another 312 million drams for the development of local infrastructure. Thus, Noah’s total financial contribution to Vagharshapat amounts to 1 billion drams.

Today, a donation agreement was signed between the club and the municipality, stipulating that the allocated funds will be used exclusively for the improvement of community facilities and urban conditions.

FC Noah President Vardges Vardanyan commented on the deal:

“This is another step toward our dream. We will openly share all stages of the project with the football community. We thank Vagharshapat for its cooperation and support. Forward — to new goals!”

The new project marks an important stage in the development of Armenian football: the modern sports complex in Vagharshapat will create professional conditions for training young players and hosting high-level matches.

Earlier, it was reported that Noah plans to build a new stadium with a capacity of 15,000 spectators.
