Finn Geragousian played in Sunderland U21’s victory over Burnley U21

17-year-old Armenian forward Finn Geragousian featured in the 5th round of the Premier League 2, where his team Sunderland U21 earned a convincing 3–0 win against Burnley’s youth side.

All three goals came in the first half: Ukrainian striker Timur Tutierov scored twice, while Harrison Jones added another.

Geragousian started the game and played the full 90 minutes. It was his first appearance of the season for Sunderland U21. Earlier, he had featured for the U18 side, where he scored a goal.

The forward had missed pre-season due to injury but is gradually returning to full fitness. Last season, Geragousian netted 7 goals for Sunderland U18 and 5 goals for Sunderland U21.
