Ararat-Armenia defeats Noah in Matchday 12

In the central match of the 12th round of the Armenian Premier League, Ararat-Armenia defeated the reigning champions Noah 2–1.

Zhirayr Shagoyan opened the scoring for Ararat-Armenia in the 22nd minute after a precise assist from Kamo Hovhannisyan. Shortly after the break, in the 48th minute, Elder Ferreira equalized, finishing David Sualehe’s pass. The winning goal came from substitute Armen Ambartsumyan, assisted by Hugo Oliveira.

Following this round, Ararat-Armenia tops the league table with 27 points. Alashkert sits second with 25, while Noah is fourth with 21 points.

In their next match, Noah will face Czech side Sigma in the UEFA Conference League before the international break, while Ararat-Armenia will meet Urartu.
